This encompasses sedentary individuals and those interested in weight loss as well as elite athletes focusing on a specific skill set. We also have expertise working post-rehabilitation cases, seniors, the physically challenged and prenatal/postpartum women.
At Atlantis, we recognize that chemistry also plays a key role and we work with you to find the right trainer or the right combination of trainers. And, because staying motivated is essential, our trainers keep things interesting and challenging. And, best of all....you will see results!

Yoga
Yoga can increase flexibility, coordination, strength and endurance. Our yoga sessions combine the fluid movements of Vinyasa Flow with the more vigorous practice of Ashtanga Yoga. All levels are welcome. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace. Certified yoga instructors guide you through important principles. Individual sessions are available.
Whether your kids are playing sports and trying to get to the next level or they need general conditioning to build self-esteem, we can help them to succeed! Through motivation, repetition and education; we will encourage your children to achieve their fitness goals while having fun! Our trainers are available after school and weekends. Ages 10 and up.
